K9 Poop Patrol is a dog waste removal (Pooper Scooper) company that will thoroughly clean your yard free of dog waste. (Please Note: we do not haul the waste away Unless requested. We will double bag it and place it in your trash can or a designated area of your choosing)
Most of our customers prefer our pooper scooper service once or twice a week. However, we will accommodate you and your pets needs.
No, we can start and stop your service anytime with a phone call or email.
K9 Poop Patrol is a pre-paid service. Monthly customers will be invoiced on the 11th of each month. Payment must be received on the 27th of each month to continue service. Payment for one-time customers must be rendered on the day of service in the form of a check or cash. We accept Cash or ACH, Debit and Major Credits Card.
Yes, there may be an extra charge for the first pooper scooper service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time. This will be determined during the consultation.
Pretty much yes, there is a modest additional fee for yards that are significantly larger than the standard quarter-acre size.
K9 Poop Patrol is unable to provide comprehensive service in yards cluttered with heavy leaves, tall grass, rocky areas, or debris. We will make every effort to work around these conditions. However, if scooping proves too challenging, we will suspend service until the yard is properly maintained. The monthly rate will not change, as your dog will continue to use the yard.
Certainly! We are dog enthusiasts! However, if your dog is uncomfortable with strangers, or if it prevents us from cleaning the yard, we kindly request that you restrain or confine your pet. Our priority is to avoid any unnecessary risks to both your dog and our staff
Yes Please, climbing or jumping over fences is not part of our practice. K9 Poop Patrol requires unrestricted access to the service area. If there is a lock on your gate, please provide a key or the combination to ensure we can service your yard. Should we find the gate locked upon arrival, a fee for the uncompleted service call will be charged. We will send a text message to explain why the visit was non-serviceable. Rest assured, K9 Poop Patrol will secure your gate upon departure.
Yes, in order to prevent the spread of infectious canine viruses, we sanitize all equipment before and after each visit with Bleach.
Collected dog waste is doubled bagged and disposed of in your trash Unless requested ahead of time.
Yes we work year round.
We operate in various weather conditions, but extreme weather beyond our control, such as heavy rain, lightning, floods, intense heat, freezing temperatures, ice, or snow (even as little as 1 inch can hinder our ability to locate waste), may prevent us from working. If we cannot perform our services, we will resume on the next scheduled service day. The monthly rate will stay the same, as we will collect twice the amount of waste on the subsequent visit.
If your dog will be absent from the yard for a week or two, or if you have another reason for us to skip your yard, we can suspend service and you will not incur charges for those days. However, it's important to note that if your dog continues to use the yard while service is suspended, the rates will remain unchanged, and there may be an extra fee on your next visit due to the increased accumulation of waste.

Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving & the day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Saturdays & Sundays
Regular service will resume on your next scheduled service day the following week. The monthly rate will remain unchanged as we will collect twice the amount of waste on the subsequent service day. Please be aware that during the weeks of Christmas and New Year's, we strive to adjust schedules so that no customer misses service for two consecutive weeks.
You are billed for 51 weeks of the year, allowing us one week of vacation annually.
